I bought 2 Toshiba Satellite laptops L750-22X on May 8th 2012. Within a week one of them developed a screen fault and had to be returned. It was replaced with the same make and model. Within 3 months the 2nd one developed the same fault + another fault and when I returned it they said, I was not entitled to a refund or a replacement, because it was past the stores 28 day returns policy. They said, it would be sent off for repair which could take 10 days. This policy is not law, and the company have breached my statutory rights under the sale of goods act 1979. I will be seeking legal advice and will take them for every penny I can get, for this disgraceful customer service shambolic policy.
