I am very sorry to hear that there was a breakdown in communication.
I have looked at the order notes and see that there were daily notes by Kate for the first few days in relation to your artwork and getting it all sorted.
Your order was placed on 2nd August and had an estimated delivery date of 8th August with no specific presentation date provided on the order.
Unfortunately for you and us Kate went on Maternity Leave on 6th August, her last day having being the 3rd.
This should not have caused a problem but I can only image that that is what led to the lapse in communication and why you had to chase us.
Your order was despatched on the 8th for next day delivery so would have been a day later than expected.
I am glad that you were happy with the JC007D glass product you chose and with the logo and text engraving.
I offer my sincere apologies again for not providing the level of communication we would all have wanted to provide and that you deserved. I promise it would not happen under normal circumstances.
