On the one occasion I found tech support helpful and prompt, and said so to them, I was asked to put good reviews on three specified review sites, which explains how they get any good reviews at all.
Tech support only answers when they feel like it, and never with an explanation as to why there is a problem, or with a permanent solution. Always politely useless.
Control panel is so flaky it's laughable, it's a real event when I can carry out even the simplest action without encountering an error behind the scenes, and the design and layout is a joke - I don't think they ever heard of cross-browser compatability.
I don't use any of their *features*, as I just want some simple hosting space and a mail server, so I can't comment on them. It's a shame they can't satisfy even my meagre needs.
The reason I've stayed with them for so long is because I've been ill and unable to handle moving domains and hosting around - I'm now well, and I'm off!
Just changed my star rating to one from two, as I guess being money grabbing is indicative of malicious intent to most folk.
Seriously, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced issue in regards to your hosting with ourselves. I am not sure if you are still using your packages, however if you are I would be more than happy to have a look into the issues and work to find a resolution.
