CSL Sofas

Brilliant service, defiantly recommend!

After buying what turned out to be a useless, uncomfortable and easily breakable sofa 2 years ago from a rival firm we had, had enough and decided to buy a new sofa. We went around other company's and straight away got annoyed at the intrusive sales people who wouldn't leave us alone! Having a little baby in tow, we were going to give up and go home, but thought we'd just quickly try CSL in Lincoln. So glad we did! Our salesman Dave (big Dave!) was brilliant, he didn't hound us or follow us, he let us look around the store at our own pace, and when we had questions he answered every single one confidently, and had a vast knowledge of the products; we immediately had faith in him and the store. He HELPED us choose the right sofa for us, within our price range. Couldn't of asked for better service. The fact CSL also offer a lifetime guarrentee just shows they have faith in the quality of their own sofas. Can't wait for it to be delivered next week (yes that quick!).
