Wait forever for cashback sometimes
Whenever the cashback is a small amount it seems to track and pay fairly quickly. However, whenever the cashback is substantial it never tracks and I have always had to raise a cashback claim. I have been waiting over 1 year for the cashback off the house insurance I bought and despite contacting them numerous times they have failed to pay. Even after escalating the claim to their complaints dept/ombudsman I have still yet to receive it. Very poor service Quidco.

Great prices and ultra quick delivery
I bought an Oakley Arsenal backpack which was £25 cheaper than the RRP and £13 cheaper than other competitors. It was delivered the next working day and delivery came in at only £2.99 which I thought was extremely reasonable.
I would have no hesitation in using Eyewear Outlet again
