Marginally better than Home Delivery Network

At least i got a card advising that delivery was attempted. I did not receive any text to advise when delivery was taking place. The fact i was at home all day and no-one rang the doorbell is a concern. Do the drivers not know how to ring the doorbell marked the same as the address??? If they knocked it would have done no good as it is a door to a communal hallway which is why the front door has buzzers.
I have had parcels delivered by this company in the past and only ever had problems. I would like to give them no stars as i feel that they do not even deserve one.

We have a form on this page on our site: http://www.dpd.co.uk/content/how-can-we-help/how_can_we_help.jsp which allows you to specify a safe place for us to put the parcel. Alternatively, you could email us at socialmedia@dpd.co.uk and we can set up a standing instruction to ensure the driver knows what to do when he arrives. Our drivers run a tight schedule and the buzzers on the communal hallway might not have been obvious to someone unfamiliar with the building.

If you are still waiting for a parcel please feel free to email us at the mentioned address with your parcel reference number and a contact telephone number and we will do what we can to ensure the parcel is delivered to you as soon as possible. Hope that helps.
