I will never use them again, they took my money for a reserved order a week later but then said the item had sold out, have asked twice for a full refund and they reply saying pick an alternative or call an 0844 number that I will get charged for, NO way will I call it just so they make extra on the phone call. Have opened dispute with Paypal and still awaiting there reply.
Bottom line is they will not get my trade again and think twice before using them.

After buying this laptop 30 January and having many problems Currys know how have only just acknowledged the laptop is at fault and not little gran but still refuse to change it but just want to keep sending it back to repair shop, it has never worked from day one but they still refuse to exchange it. Will never purchase from them again and never buy a Toshiba product again. They are quick enough to take the money for guarantee etc but have not honored it.
Never had a problem until now, had many deliveries from argos and all well until today and find out why, they sent my parcel via Yodel, had many problems with them when I used to shop with Amazon so new what would happen. called earlier and was told they would get local depot to call me, Now 7:30 pm and no call, just called them and delivery coming out tomorrow, but what about my days wages lost, do they think I am willing to loose another, NO CHANCE, will not be using argos any more. They try to save money by using cheap couriers rather than royal mail and this is what happens, well they have lost my trade now as I have had enough of being let down when companies they use Yodel to deliver, am better off using normal shops.
