I bought clothing off misguided and I received the items on the 12th of October. I wasn’t happy with my order the shorts looked like they were worn several times and the dress had beading on the shoulder area and it they were barely holding on by a tread. So I sent the items back on the 16th of October and on Saturday the 27th I received an email stating I would get a full refund within 3 to 5 working days I have not received anything. This is a disgrace I emailed them about it 5 times last week and I still haven’t got a reply. The company is so popular you would think they would sort out a proper customer care team by the looks of these reviews I’m not the only unsatisfied customer. I also found a number on the internet and rang it turns out it was only reception for missguided but the woman that answered was highly rude and couldn't care less if i had a problem or not!
