Very poor communication !

I bought clothing off misguided and I received the items on the 12th of October. I wasn’t happy with my order the shorts looked like they were worn several times and the dress had beading on the shoulder area and it they were barely holding on by a tread. So I sent the items back on the 16th of October and on Saturday the 27th I received an email stating I would get a full refund within 3 to 5 working days I have not received anything. This is a disgrace I emailed them about it 5 times last week and I still haven’t got a reply. The company is so popular you would think they would sort out a proper customer care team by the looks of these reviews I’m not the only unsatisfied customer. I also found a number on the internet and rang it turns out it was only reception for missguided but the woman that answered was highly rude and couldn't care less if i had a problem or not!

Hi Kayleigh,

It is inexcusable that you then received the order in the condition described, we do ensure that all returned items go through rigorous quality control and therefore this is something that has been investigated further with the appropriate management as this is completely not acceptable.

I have looked at your order and see that a refund has been processed, and a customer adviser is in contact with yourself.
