Great service, easy to use, would defiantly use again and recommend
Only reason not 5 stars is delivery company could only offer 9-4 delivery. Theses days we need time slots as we have other things to do

Failure to deliver on time with no revised eta

Placed an order on 8th June 2010 for camera, case & memory card with and expected delivery of 3-5 working days. After 5 working days and no goods I emailed requesting an eta. I recieved only "we are having problems and will deliver shortly". Not happy with this I emailed again asking for an exact date only to recieve a reworded but basically the same message with no delivery date. On 18th June I phoned the company and asked for a date, they still could not give a date saying that it would be processed sometime next week. Meaning my order would have taken over 3 weeks. Not suprisingly I have cancelled the order and now wait for the refund!!! Very poor service, terrible communication even though they knew via my emails that i needed these items by a specific date.
