Placed an order on 8th June 2010 for camera, case & memory card with and expected delivery of 3-5 working days. After 5 working days and no goods I emailed requesting an eta. I recieved only "we are having problems and will deliver shortly". Not happy with this I emailed again asking for an exact date only to recieve a reworded but basically the same message with no delivery date. On 18th June I phoned the company and asked for a date, they still could not give a date saying that it would be processed sometime next week. Meaning my order would have taken over 3 weeks. Not suprisingly I have cancelled the order and now wait for the refund!!! Very poor service, terrible communication even though they knew via my emails that i needed these items by a specific date.
