Quick, hassle-free service derailed slightly by the gear change

I ordered a Felt F95 and to Global Bike's credit it was a hassle-free purchase which was delivered quickly and without any fuss. It came 99% pre-built so all I had to do was fix the handlebars.

I knew the bike didn't come with pedals so I spent my time between ordering them and delivery adjusting the bike so it was set up to ride comfortably.

The only issue I've had was on the very first test ride when I went to change gear for the first time on the front derailleur the cable came straight out of it's fixing point - a nut hadn't been fastened properly. Cue 30 minutes of readjusting the gears - not what I expected to be doing considering the bikes are checked before delivery.
