Good product - poor customer service

I have recently purchased a glass table and six chairs from Frances Hunt. The product was very reasonably priced (£600) and very good quality - when it arrived! I originally placed my order upon moving house at the beginning of August. I was told I could expect the order in 3 weeks but generally despatch was within 10 days. When I chased the order I was told the product was out of stock until sometime in September. Had I not chased this I would simply have been left waiting! I was told a refund would take up to a month and offered a replacement product which was in stock and available for express delivery - within 7 days. I still waited over 10 days for the product to arrive and despite my raising complaints with senior members of the company I felt that my issues were not taken seriously and neither was my customer satisfaction valued. In dealing with Frances Hunt be aware that you are dealing with more than one company and a third party delivers the actual goods. As mentioned, the product is excellent and I am very pleased with my purchase - it is just a pity that the customer experience was so poor.

Occasionally we do send items out direct from our suppliers to speed the delivery process up, in this instance it doesn't seem to have gone to plan. Fantastic and unique wedding favours!

I was amazed to find such great personalised wedding favours - unique and individualised packets of seeds which we have had printed with the details of our forthcoming wedding.
