I ordered a large pair of stepladders recently from Justoffbase and paid extra for 24-48hr delivery. They didn't arrive so emailed them and received the weakest excuse possible i.e. blaming others. It could have been redeemed with a phone call and a promise of next day delivery guaranteed but since they don't have any form of real customer service that didn't happen.
As fate would have it I went and ordered the same steps from the firm who Justoffbase blamed for the non-arrival of the original steps (TB Davies in Cardiff) and saved over £40 and they arrived the next day. Still awaiting the refund from Justoffbase and to add insult received an email today stating "Order fulfilled". Really??
