I've shopped at Heinne Haynes for quite a few years (spent thousands but don't tell the wife). The site is perfectly laid out and feature rich, the item reviews are really useful, not only about the item but also the service - read them. Stock levels are excellent but if your unlucky then relax because out of stock items come back in fast with great updates from the site (they have for me anyway). Customer service is out of this world, no problem is too small and response times and resolution is simply the best I've ever experienced. As for order filling, urgent orders have never failed to get here next day but even normal posting often beats other companies so-called express delivery. Everything is always packed brilliantly and I've never received a damaged item, their quality control is very very high, I can't praise them enough.
Ordered A Vortex 300, arrived in record time, email updates were brilliant and overall service first class (although everything was 100% spot on so didn't have to call the service desk so can't comment on that).
Absolutely recommend and will use them again.
I ordered a full set up of plug & play Garden Lights late on Bank Holiday Monday and the delivery arrived in full early Wednesday morning (very well packaged). The price is far cheaper thanThe web site is great, especially for lighting so I knew what to order and how it all fit together, we had it all set up within an hour. We've decided to shift a couple of lights and need a couple more extension cables which I have ordered, safe in the knowledge that they will most likely be here before the weekend. An amazing service from start to finish, one of the best and most efficient online experiences I have had and would thoroughly recommend to anyone.
