So far it has taken almost 5 months to get a replacement grass collection bag for a mower. I have had to contact the manufacturer and the uk distributor to try to get Abbey to sort this out but I'm still waiting. Phone calls not returned and they ignore emails.
UK distributor is now sorting out the issue through a reliable supplier thats local to me
