After sending two perfectly good phones off for recycling and getting an online quote for £47 each, I was very disappointed when receiving their offer email on receipt of phones of £30 for one of them and £11 for the other....one classed as "unworking". I emailed the company, no reply, so after holding for ages I eventually got through to an advisor who after listening to my complaint, upped the offer to £30 each. Hmmmm!!! Two weeks later I am still waiting to be paid for said phones. Not a good company at all!
As someone who hates using the phone to order a takeaway, JustEat has been my saviour!! So many takeaways to choose from and before you decide you can look at the reviews other users have left....brilliant! I always use JustEat these days....just a few clicks and your order is on it's way, happy days!
Also sat on on hold (after speaking to several other departments/numbers first). Tracking order online shows that "Unable to deliver card left with customer MIDDLETON HOME DELIVERY" - which is total rubbish as I waited in all day for a delivery, nothing arrived and no card was left, this is the second time this has happened so far (that I am aware as I don't always track the parcels"!
Having worked in Customer services, despatch and tracking for several years I understand the importance of reliability and honesty...this company has neither!
