After using a couple of the most nameworthy printers in London, I switched to Spectrum after having to constantly order re-prints because of defects. Spectrum have impressed me time after time - their quality control is first rate. Will always go out of their way to hit deadlines and make you aware of timescales too.
Absolutely dreadful customer service. Paid extra for delivery which stated 1-2 days. Ordered Friday still hadn't received by Wed. Phoned to say I desperately needed this item and call handled by what I can only describe as a work experience girl - no clue and promised to call back and never did.
In the end I got hold of the manager and explained I needed this ink for a job the following day and that I had paid extra for 1-2 days. He refused to send Special Delivery at his own cost despite the product already being late and assured me that Royal Mail 1st class is 99% next day. I took his word for it stupidly and sure enough it did not arrive.
No apology when I informed him of this fact and he continues to blame Royal Mail. Anyone with the slightest regard for the customer would have agreed, as the product was already late, to shoulder the bill for next day delivery. As it stands he has yet another 1 star review. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
