Poor Quality

Well i am glad i am not the only one that had problems. I can' hardly call my Familie in Germany the conection is so bad and most of the time i have no ring tone or in the mittle of the confersation it hangs up on me. you are right customer service is bad . not much help . i have $ 15 left and then i am done.

Will put in a tech support ticket to look into calls to Germany. You can call our customer service to report this personally and they can help to resolve any funds you may have lost from these dropped calls.
