The rings were as described, we were kept well informed of progress, they arrived on schedule despite the short time available before the wedding (i.e. a matter of a few days). ONe ring was rather too large so it was returned and resized (twice) without any extra fee being charged and, again, turn round was fast and delivery was delayed (at my request) until after the honeymoon and then it was delivered on the stated date. All round happy bunnies.
