avoid this company!!! fucking scam

Wrote to ea about lost coins after a trade (not the 5% ea tax, but all coins) 2 months ago
Today i got a mail that my case was inconclusive, because there couldnt be found any evidence that my account was hacked (WTF). My coins were gone after trade.
So i decide to write to em in live chat. here is the whole conversation.

Hello I want to complain about ur customer service. Some days ago i got a mail that my case was inconclusive because there wasnt any signs of that my acc was hacked. But now the worst thing comes, i have never stated that my account was hacked, so why writing this mail to me? My coins were lost after a trade, probarbly due to one of many errors in your system? didnt got the last of conversation, but they told me to provide ive already did when i oppened this case, after that i was told that they couldnt help me.

Vi beklager den ventetid du har oplevet på din ordre.

Det er korrekt, at produktet lå på lager da du afgav din ordre.

Da der tilsyneladende er flere der har afgivet en ordre på samme tidspunkt på dette produkt, er det desværre blevet udsolgt.

Vi har derfor måtte afvente en ny levering hjem fra producenten og dette betød desværre, at der blev en længere leveringstid.
