Too big!!!! Hurrah!!!
Having found the perfect swimsuit at the right price at Simply Swim I sent off for it. It arrived well within the allotted time but was too big- my fault not theirs!! I duly returned it for an exchange and without any fuss back came a smaller one which was perfect.
The service was exemplary . I would recommend without hesitation.

A pleasure to do business with!
I recently left my Kerastase elixir at the gym and needed a replacement asap. Unfortunately I couldn't remember what it was called, ordered what I thought was the right one and then realised that it wasn't! I then ordered the correct one as well. In the morning I phoned the company and in a kind, courteous and efficient way, the wrong order was cancelled and my account refunded. The product arrived in a couple of days too.

Efficient , professional and reliable.
Order dealt with efficiently. Was able to choose day. Phoned when half an hour away. Helpful and pleasant delivery men.
Bath and panel look lovely. Not plumbed in yet but my plumber has checked them and says they look very good quality.
