No way to contact this company other than by calling their premium rate telephone number which has no option to speak to an advisor, website has no email address.
Was sent a letter to say I had a Bank Card delivery due, and that I had to be in with my passport or Driving licence Monday to Friday 9-5 (I and most of the country WORK so this is impossible)
Sent them an email to the email address I found on this review site asking them to confirm that they would pay compensation for my loss of earnings, which surprise surprise I got no response to this.
I have had to contact Barclays Bank to escalate this they have now cancelled this card to prevent this company 'losing' it, and will be sending my card out via a proper service, and hopefully due to the number of complaints they have had will no longer use this joke of a company.
If you ever see DX in delivery options do not use that company, you will not get your goods!
UPDATE: received email response when i used the email address on this site, no mention of compensation, currently awaiting Barclays investigation of this case
