I placed my order on August 23rd
I requested shoes wide fit which they confirmed.
Items were shown as in stock.
Friday passed then Monday order shown as still in process.
Monday I sent the first email no reply. Tuesday I sent a reminder while I was waiting an email reply from them I contacted Stuart online who replied that items left on Friday 24th (after checking their system) and should be with me before the weekend.
Few hours later at 21:00 Charlie replied via email that they are still waiting for the shoes to arrive. ??? I sent a new email asking them to clarify the situation. As you could guess no reply received.
I called them and ask for clarification and a written answer long story short the person on the phone said something about a human mistake and that he had no problem to cancel the order and return the money.
Finally on Thursday 30th a dispatch notification received.
I tried to trace the cargo but unfortunately DPD did not advertise their local dealers (Europe) so I had to wait until Friday 7th . The package arrived (15 days after payment) without shoes inside and advertised free balls & towel.
The same date I sent them a new email asking to advice asap when missing items will arrive. Guessed already? No reply. I resent it today and until now no reply.
Their customer care is by far bellow any trade standards.
They advertise items in stock but it took them a week to send half of the parts and they do not reply when the rest of the items will arrive.
Yes their prices compare to other shops are competitive and tempting but the fact that their customer care sucks and 2 weeks later have not shipped the items (without notification or any delivery estimation) I does not worth it.
Finally on September 20th missing items arrived except shoes color is not the one that i have ordered.
