I ordered online my order - 5 items: 3 Konad plates and 2 nail polishes. When the order arrived, to my disappointment there were 2 items that were incorrect and that I hadn't ordered: a Konad plate and a nail polish. Unfortunately that evening I had promised to do someone's nails using the plate that I should have had, so I was really annoyed!
I contacted Funtica, and without hesitation, they sent out the 2 correct items 1st class, so I got them the next day, and said to keep the 2 incorrect items. All in all, thoroughly pleased with the excellent service that I received.
