Abysmal Company - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Really, really dreadful service.
I ordered a PC which took over four weeks to “assemble”. (Two weeks later than promised.) I was let down on three occasions when it came to the delivery date and in the end I resorted to driving down to the showroom to collect it in person.
Unfortunately when I examined the machine at home it was of the wrong specification and had one fault too!
I therefore rejected it under the Sales of Goods Act and eventually had my money refunded.
Responses to emails and telephone calls were abysmal as were the endless waits in telephone queues.
My advice: spend the extra and purchase from a professional and businesslike company instead.

I've used NOVATECH on and off for many years now. I have found them to be an excellent company to deal with. Products have arrived on time and in perfect condition. On the one occasion when I did receive a faulty monitor it was replaced quickly and without question. I don't think one can ask more than this. Prices are also competitive.
