Their website does not say if products are in stock or not. I ordered something I needed urgently and paid for express delivery. The tracking in 'my account' on the website gave the impression that the package was just awaiting checks in the warehouse before dispatch... However after an hour waiting on the phone for someone to answer I gave up.
They responded by email within a couple of hours and said the item was not in stock. I cancelled the order and they refunded immediately.
I just wish they had proactively told me yesterday morning when I ordered that there would be delays getting the item.
And that they'd answer their phones! Seems they are somewhat over-stretched...
