Excellent customer service and superb machine.

While recently visiting some family near London I accidentally dropped my laptop and cracked the screen and done some other apparently internal damage. I'm a photographer, so I was totally lost without my computer to keep my photos organized. My aunt didn't have one, so I was pretty much out of luck... I started looking around thinking about purchasing one while there, but I was a little hesitant since I'm from the US and I don't have much experience doing anything in the UK. A guy that I travelled over with mentioned this company and said he had had a good experience with them. I borrowed his laptop and within 30 minutes I had ordered my new computer! The ordering process was a breeze, my questions were answered quickly and accurately. They really made me feel comfortable. I was hesitant to go with a desktop at first, but I'm so glad I did. It out performs that laptop I had any day of the week. And it's not big and bulky like what I expected. It arrived extremely quickly and I was very pleased with the ease of setup and the performance. I run a lot of high end photo processing software and never had a problem out of it. Now I'm just impatiently waiting on it to arrive back stateside so I can put it back to work!
