No problem
Website fine once you got the hang of it as it is a slightly different format to most. Delivery: I waited al day and my slot turned out to be 1630 to 1830. Would have been nice to have had an email the day before giving me a slot so I could have saved hanging around all day. Otherwise all OK.

Delivered when I wanted it
Ordering was easy. First email response stated that the doors would have to come from a supplier and then inspected then dispatched. None of this was indicated on the website/ordering process and as we had a deadline I emailed to comment and explain the urgency but no response. I emailed again two days later and still no response. However they phoned me the day after to say they now had received the doors and would deliver urgently. They kept their word and delivered pm on the day and timing they said. Doors are great, just what I wanted. A reply to my emails would have been appreciated and would have made my recommendation 5*

Buying bulbs is quick and easy, website pretty good and the delivery of the items came the next day. What more could you ask?
