Glasses Direct
A good experience
It was great dealing with Glasses Direct. There was plenty of choice of frames, good offers, easy to navigate web site ..... I enjoyed myself! I was treated with great courtesy during the phones calls between us when I had a couple of queries, the optician was competent and knowledgeable, and the supply of my glasses was very quick, a matter of days! This was my second purchase with Glasses Direct and I will certainly deal with them again.

A solid, stylish tap
I browsed many sites before I came up with Bigbathroomshop and there was a huge selection, something for everyone I would have thought! My quest was to replace an obsolete basin tap and match it as closely as possible to the bath tap .... and I found just the one in the Premier Chrome Faze style. I like it very much, it is much heavier than I expected, a nice solid construction which works nice and smoothly. Delivery was amazingly fast and the price very competitive indeed, especially in relation to the quality of the tap. I definitely would recommend this company and buy from them again.

Pharmacyfix
A good shopping experience.
My experience of dealing with Pharmacyfix was a good one. I had surfed the Internet for the best price for the item I required and that was why I chose them. My parcel arrived in very good time, a matter of a day or two only, and the only reservation I have is that, despite it being well and thoughtfully packaged, the product carton was a little damaged in the post. This will not affect its usefulness of course, but I bought it as a gift so would rather it had been intact. Otherwise this small problem would not have mattered at all. I would be happy to deal with them again.
Trueshopping
A nice modern bathroom.
I chose the 600 mm Turin Minimalist Vanity Unit as it had everything I was looking for. A nice modern sleek shape, a basin with a bit of space, and of compact size overall for a small en suite. My unit arrived in super quick time, only two days to the Isle of Wight! Unfortunately there was a little damage to the cabinet which had occurred in transit. But Trueshopping put this right immediately. Kirsty rang me and assured me a replacement would be sent, a few days later it arrived and I am very pleased with both the product and the customer service I received. I would definitely shop with Trueshopping again.
