My second order was placed on a weekend & it arrived on Tuesday. So couldn't have been quicker.
The food is nice enough with quality ingredients, nice packaging, easy microwaving instructions and reasonably tasty. I don't find that they are too small as you have to add rice/pasta to them, So big eaters should just add more of these and problem solved.
My only problem has been that the packaging is a bit too tall for my microwave so I have to cut them down past the standard tear strip.
I bought a HTC phone as the price was good and the site claimed that if you ordered before 7pm, you would get the phone delivered the next day, including on Saturdays.
I ordered at 12 noon and received an order acknowledgement email that said it'll take up to 24 hrs just to process the order and confirm it. So how they can claim next day delivery is beyond me.
It's now been over 24 hrs and I've not had any confirmation of the order and hence the phone was never ever gong to be delivered the next day. So whenever this order does get processed the delivery is likely to be mid-week. In other words when I'm not in to receive it. There was no option to have it delivered to anywhere other then your home address.
I've called the telephone numbers listed on site but nothing is manned outside Monday to Friday office hours.
I should've read all the bad reviews on trustpilot before ordering from this company.
I tried a couple of on-line sites and found these slightly cheaper so I ordered from them.
Unfortunately the speed of delivery to the fitting garage was slow, taking 6 days to arrive. The fitting garage is totally unaware of your order until you arrive with the supplied fitting voucher supplied by mytyres.co.uk. Therefore they cannot give you any news of the status of your order. There is simply NO connection or contact between mytyres.co.uk and the fitters.
I choose the garage with the highest star rating, based on customers reviews. They did fit the tyres without harming my alloys at all, which was great. Unfortunately once I drove away I quickly became aware of a couple of problems. The steering was extremely light and when I tested the pressures, all 4 tyres where pumped up to 37 psi. The recommended pressures where 32 psi for the fronts and 29 psi for the rears.
Then at above 60 mph it became apparent the wheels weren't correctly balanced. I called up the garage and they said they were to busy to balance them on a Saturday, so I took a day off and went in. He balanced the front ones, complaining that they were only 5g off, but wouldn't test the rears as he said they were too busy and that it's impossible to feel any problems if the rears weren't correctly balanced.
So I'll have to pay another garage to balance them. Thereby wiping the savings I thought I made with mytyres.
Overall I'm not very happy with the whole experience. So I'll return to using the other big on-line tyre specialist, when I need another set of tyres.
Prices are good but the 'Stock Alert' didn't function properly. Emailing me to say something was in stock and after I placed an order the item was then out of stock.
On another order it despatch time was painfully slow on items that where in-stock however the quoted receipt time of 5-6 days was adhered to as they send items out with 1st class postage.
Why not despatch sooner and save money by using 2nd class post and passing the savings onto the customer?
