Stressful
This is the first time I have had the unfortunate luck of my parcel being delivered by DPD UK.
It's nearly 3 hours since my allocated delivery time has passed. The tracking page on the website says my parcel is at the depot, yet that cannot be true if the delivery driver is out and about "delivering" parcels. There has been no "sorry I couldn't be bothered to knock hard enough on the door" card if it is in fact back at the depot.
I thought I would be clever and have the parcel delivered to my partners place of work as there is always someone in. However now she has given up waiting for the parcel I have the stress of wondering if the driver will just leave my parcel by the front door in view of the public (surely there not that silly? Other reviews would suggest they are). There will be no one in till Monday morning now, so shot my self in the foot really trying to assist the delivery driver.
I don't expect much in life living in the UK yet the simple things of being updated as to where my paid goods are would be hugely grateful.
Will I see my parcel in the near future... Doubtful. Will I be given an apology for poor service... Doubtful. Will I ever buy a product that uses DPD UK... Never again.

I am very sorry that your parcel did not arrive in its allocated timeslot, could you please email us with your parcel reference number and contact telephone number at socialmedia@dpd.co.uk so that we can look into this, update you as to the status of your parcel, and get any potential unresolved issues sorted out.
