I did not get my entire order, i got 1 item out of 21. So i rang up and was told because i placed a big order the rest of it would be with me Monday after i was expecting it Friday. This is not next day service, and not bother telling me this when i placed my order or anything on the delivery note is not good enough when i spent just under £200. It doesn't take much just to put a message somewhere, or send out emails saying your busy. And then not to bother putting it on a Saturday and getting the other one back is just lazy. And it was about 2:15pm i rang up, apparently to late for the courier, well it's not to difficult to make an exception for an order you just messed up. I work in a warehouse sending stuff out all day and i can say if that was a customer in the same situation i would have got the order out for a Saturday to make up for it.
I don't enjoy waiting around for parcels and having to ring up to find out whats going on with my stuff, as mad as that sounds.
I would give you minus but it won't let me. I order online because it's supposed to be easier and faster, next time i'll just wait until the weekend and get it from somewhere else.
