I'm very happy with the goods and service I received from Partybox. They have helped to make my 50th birthday celebration special.

Sympathetic but not proactive
I ordered a dish listed under seafood that said nothing about containing chicken. When my meal arrived I couldn't eat it because I 'm a prawn only vegetarian. I couldn't find a way to rectify the problem immediately on the website so I phoned the takeaway directly, which sort of defeats the object. When I reported the problem with the menu, Hungry House responded the next day saying it was the takeaway's problem. Although sympathetic, they didn't display any proactive plan to resolve it for future customers.
Higher Nature
Consistently high quality products and service
I've been a Higher Nature customer for many years and never been disappointed. One of my favourite products is the MSM cream with rose geranium - it's wonderful for my skin and smells so good too.
26/3/13: Unfortunately I've just received a letter from Higher Nature to tell me that this product is being discontinued, although the unscented version is still available. It's the scent that makes it special for me, so I'm really disappointed.
Wineware
Brilliant glasses - brilliant service
It's difficult to really appreciate the size and quality of wine glasses online but when you take delivery and see them in reality, you really have to appreciate what great craftsmanship goes into making the glassware. Also you then realise how good the packaging is by the staff at Wineware, to be able to deliver these delicate items without breakage! Very happy with my purchase.
