I have never come across such an appalling company!
Their support is truly useless, 24 hours plus for a first response to a server down issue. One of my servers with them was down for 3 days and it turned out that the network cable was dislodged - THREE DAYS!!!!
I persevered with them for almost a year, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but really, don't waste your time, they are truly useless.
Save yourself a lot of pain and frustration and go to one of the many other excellent providers.
I have servers with over 20 providers in 16 countries, and I have never come across any company remotely as bad as Santrex, they are an utter embarrassment and I am ashamed that they are based in the UK.
I foolishly placed an order for a £1000 TV with them before finding all these reviews - big mistake!
Expected delivery in 72 hours, nothing arrived, rang and rang them over 2 days, finally got an answer and was told it would be delivered on Friday. Needless to say, it did not arrive, I tried ringing all day Saturday and all morning Monday, still no answer.
Have now contacted SagePay and the Bank to get the transaction reversed.
Avoid like the plague!
