I have read good and bad reviews about this retailer and was a bit worried about placing place an order with them. I liked the fact that the delivery is free (international delivery too, without any minimum amount.) Website is a bit difficult to navigate, (design is cold and not very welcoming) and there are many brands available but unfortunately just a limited choice of products for each. I don't know about their customer service as I did not contact them. I ordered twice from them (due to the products I needed being unavailable everywhere else) and found the delivery a bit slow (10 days in the UK, 2 weeks in France) but the packaging was one of the best I came across. Overall a good retailer although not my first choice.

I am not going to review the products here (which work very well for me). I find the website very easy to navigate and I really like the way you can manage your account/view past orders and re-order and the help desk features. Tons of info about skincare and Paula Begoun's philosophy etc. When contacted, customer service was very courteous and efficient. Only downsides are : high delivery costs (the products can only be purchased online so its quite off-putting to re-purchase Paula's Choice products when only one needed), and the fact that the european website does not offer the full range of products ; I had to place orders with the american website for brushes and make-up.
Website is very clear and easy to navigate and I never had problems when trying to place an order. I like the fact that the stock levels are indicated it makes me feel more confident when ordering and if a product is out of stock you can set up an e-mail alert or if new stock is coming soon it says so. Also I like the reward points system, the reviews and the free international delivery when you spend a certain amount. I always got my orders without problems within 3 to 5 working days in France. Packaging could be a bit stronger if anything but overall I am very pleased with bathandunwind and would recommend them without hesitation.
Zuneta : They seem very knowledgeable about the products they sell, the brands, the trends and world of beauty and fashion. Customer service is really efficient and friendly when contacted. Also I really like their videos on how to apply the products, I really learnt a lot thanks to them, please post more on YouTube! The only downside is that many of their products are often out of stock for a long time and they don't seem to do anything about it (often all other retailers have them in stock so clearly not a manufacturer issue)
Order took 2 weeks to arrive (in France) and their own packaging was a let down : dirty cardboard without any kind of bubble wrap/tissue paper inside. A bit poor considering I ordered products for personal hygiene. I paid £11 delivery charges for about £20 worth of goods so I was expecting a better delivery service. Otherwise there was an issue with one of the products I received but they refunded the faulty product without problems.
