Very good customer service, and guarantee

Bought 2 ink cartridges from them as they have very low prices. However, the ink ran out far quicker than it should have. I didn't think about returning as it was over 6 months after I'd ordered and had even forgotten who it was with. Once I found out it was CartridgePeople, and that they have a no-quibble guarantee, I emailed them and they sent me 2 new cartridges which work fine and a return envelope, in exchange for the faulty ones at no extra cost. Very impressed with their excellent, friendly customer service and will definitely order from them again.
