If you need to exchange a large of small sum of money the company we used was amazing. We first got in touch about 12-14 months before we had to do anyting, our account was set up nice and quickly. Then there was nothing more to do for a year or so but in that year we received a couple of calls from Nana Kilpela just to make sure there was still nothing she could do. When the time got nearer we heard from Nana again and discussed what the best course of action was, we waited for a better rate and on the day it hit that certain rate as promised Nana called us and we agreed to go ahead. The process with the payments team ran very smoothly and was quick and easy. They were very good when i had to change the bank details just before the exchange was done too.
