Stuff 4 Hot Tubs
Excellent service as usual
I ordered some chemicals via Hottub Barn. They were delivered the next day.
As usual, an excellent service from the best hot tub supplier in the business.
Hot Tub Barn
A superb company to deal with
After deciding that I wanted a hot tub I did some research into the different makes, models etc. and decided to visit Hot Tub Barn at Knockholt. I spoke to Daniel who was very helpful. Daniel came round a couple of day's later to do a site survey.
I could not get the tub round my sideway so with the co-operation of my 2 neighbours, it was agreed that it would go through both of their back gardens and into mine.
On the day of arrival, the installation crew turned up on time and did a great job. They took care to ensure that no damage occured to any property. After the hot tub was filled, the engineers then gave me a comprehensive run down on how to maintain my new Hot Spring Envoy.
I have had my Spa for 2 weeks now and it is brilliant. I have also spoken with the Company to ask a few questions. They are always helpful and take the time to ensure that I understand what to do.
I can't remember all the names but I would like to thank Daniel, Trevor and the 2 Dave's for their help, knowledge and patience with a new spa owner - Thank you all.
My opinion is - If you want a great spa, a first class aftersales service and a superb company, go to Hot Tub Barn. They actually do what they say they will do and they do it brilliantly.
