I was charged to get a new phone as the one they supplied went wrong 7 times(in 5 months) I had to pay £100 plus a 6 month contract extention.
After getting the new phone, had the same issue. I would not extend as I want rid of vodafone ASAP. So had to pay, yet again, for a phone THEY had supplied, which did not work.
Is it me, or is it actually acceptable to send a phone off 3 times and wanting a new handset, they said I was being unreasonable.
