C'est le tone qui fait le music!

Inconsistant customer service experienced on several occasions with particularly the way BookaTrack communicates with its customers not always being very professional.

Besides that, the BookaTrack track days are well organised with good and safe driving on some of the finest tracks in the UK.

Disappointed with the 2-star review but glad to see the recognition is there for the quality of the events - even if we disagree on what constitutes good customer service.

Unfortunately, we have a very strict view on over-subscribing our events and once they're full we stop taking bookings. It speaks volumes that our first 2-star review is as a result of someone NOT being able to get access to a BaT event - I take that as quite a complement in fact :-)
