Faultless service from advice through delivery.
With some uncertainty about what I actually needed, to replace an old remote device for an auto garage door, the advice given proved accurate. The device arrived within 36 hours of ordering and was very simple to set up ... As I was advised. It worked perfectly first time.
Only gripe would be postage added to the order price, otherwise 5 star.

Don't care at at about their customer
Forget using Mm .... Once they have your money they don't care about anything else. They don't take responsibility or deal effectively with customer problems, customer services is a joke ... They don't work after 5 or at weekends. Totally disappointed that they don't live up to promises or indeed their side of a contractual arrangement.
