Never had a problem with Royal Mail.
Excellent reliable staff too.

STAY AWAY!! will cost you nore in time and frustration!!
things look really cheap compared to most sites.
They say items are in stock when they are not, had to wait 10 days for next day delivery service.
check out the company details on web,(MNC group LTD) reg no 6188979 they have no cash in bank.
Operate from a garage frome home (thats what it appears)
I personaly think they get lots of internet orders of a certain product then order in bulk to try keep prices down.
wont use again glad i ordered with credit card, they also charged extra for this but didnt show up on original invoice.
They do say they make a small charge on certain credit cards, i bet they charge for all.
STAY AWAY, you have been warned!!

Not worth paying for express delivery, in my eyes as they always deliver within a couple of days, (for me anyway)

Prices look good, but they don't mention how long contract for
Once phoned them, as a deal seemed to good to be true, it was.
The figures they where quoting, was actually for a 3 year deal, so not competitive over the course of contract.
Contacted them several times to remove me from there smiling list, but i still keep receiving texts from them.
Wish they would just go away.

City link "waste of time"
If you want next day delivery, don't use city link.
Waited in several days for goods.
made a complaint on website, sent email with case number, never had any communication.
Tried to ring, on hold for over 30 mins, no one answered, is that because so many are complaining.
This company wasted a lot of my time, and i didn't even get an apology.
I would rather pay a couple of pounds more delivery.
Everyone can make mistakes or fail on odd occasion, but city link are good at one thing "Failure"
We are supposed to be in a digital world??
How long before they go bang?

Fantastic service, delivered next day, informed me by email and text of my delivery every step of the way!
Even told me what hour the parcel was being delivered, and who by.
Will use the company a lot more in the future.
