Extremely helpful in face of trouble with hotel!

We had problems with our hotel as there was a big drunken crowd keeping us up all night and the staff of the hotel was unable to give us another room. But when we contacted hoteldirect they immediatly booked us into another hotel and we got a wonderful night's sleep which was much needed and very much appreciated! I would strongly recommend them!
