Not only did they lose my suitcase, but even with a luggage receipt they could not tell me where my suitcase was or when I was likely to get it back. I explained I was only in St Tropez for 3 days and that I had no clothing / toiletries with me. My suitcase arrived the next day and I received a call saying I would have to pick it up from Nice airport - St Tropez is 3 hrs from there. Nearly all other airlines will deliver your case to you if they lose it but not Jet 2. So it was up to me to make a return trip and lose a full day of my holiday. In addition I was not compensated for the cost of this trip. When I arrived at the airport I found my suitcase was damaged and is no longer usable - it was brand new. I wrote a letter of complaint when I got home asking to be reimbursed for the expense and the response was 'no chance'! I would never fly with them again and I would strongly recommend avoiding this airline at all costs.
