3 parcels in 3 weeks through 3 different retailers and I've not received one of them. In fact, I've had to get all 3 refunded because the couriers appointed to deliver the parcels couldn't be bothered ringing the buzzer or leaving details of their 'attempted' deliveries. Really, really bad service.
