Good Start, poor finish

Ordering the trophies was reasonably simple and easy. However the problem came with the delivery. Onlinetrophies.co.uk give you the option to detail a location where the trophies can be left if a signatory is available. I completed this section and awaited the delivery of trophies. However i received a card from the delivery company saying no one was available to sign for trophies and they were taken back to the local depot 15 miles away. Why would onlinetrophies.co.uk offer a service that their contracted delivery service cannot provide!?!?!? If i had know a signatory was needed i wouldn't have ordered as a signatory would never be available in the day. The result was i spent my Friday making a 30 mile round trip in rush hour to pick up trophies that should have come to my front door. Very poor service. Wont be using this company again!
