Shocking...errors left right and centre including damaged item and mega confusion getting replacement. No one seems to know what the other is doing- passed from pillar to post!
To date have never seen any paperwork showing proof of purchase- and if I get another pathetic email saying;
"Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further assistance."
Purchased online with 'We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days' promise.
Items took 12 days to arrive...poor response from customer service with no explanation. Parcel finally arrived (delivered by flying courier on a Sunday afternoon with no apology) crushed and broken.
Gift Item boxes in a very sorry state .... Partial refund given.
Can't fault them- have shopped in H&B for years both online and in store. Only ever had one mishap when a product was out of date and they sent me a £10 voucher!. Worth mentioning Puritan's Pride are the American version of H&B (all owned by same company) and have identical products (packaging too). They are much much cheaper -even with postage and packing- if you are prepared to buy in bulk.
Customer service usually very good. Sometimes cant connect to network in remote places (but friends on other networks can't either).
I have a good deal which means for £10 monthly (no contract) I get unlimted texts and 200 minutes (any network)
Can't find anything better!
I found the order process somewhat problematic. I paid via google &. I was told I'd receive a receipt email which I didn't get. On returning to the website I found my order was still in the basket- however the google order page said I had paid!
When I phoned cartridge save they said the problem was my Internet(ridiculous). She said no one had ever had this problem before. I politely advised her that this may confuse customers into trying to pay again and the system was not very user friendly.
