Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S3. It came with the wrong charger and faulty headphones with a broken seal. Spoke Simply electronics and they said they would sort it, still didn't hear from after a week. The phone started to play up even further as the charger sent would not connect properly and would charge intermitently. Sent an email and called even with their ridiculous waiting times. Was told I had to send the phone back at my own expense! Not only that but I had to wait a further 28 days to see what they would do. This is a business phone and I can't be without it for 28 days. They would not even try to understand or at least try and make the situation easier. They have sent me out an expensive faulty item and they should replace it regardless. They said they would send me an email with the info on how it all needs to be done and still haven't received it yet. Absolutely rubbish service!
