I placed an order 20days ago and still have not received my goods. I have contacted beautybay 2-3 times during this time and customer service have provided me with no solution but to wait or contact my royal mail depo. They provided a number for me to call and find my local depo. After I called this number on a 0845 charged number I got nothing but an address 2miles away and no telephone number, useless, waste of time! If this package was at the depo and uncollected it would simply be returned to sender.
Finally today I have been told that they can re issue the goods but after filling in a claims form that requires being printed and signed and returned via post or by scanning into an email. This is utter nonsense!!! Unnecessary, waste of time yet again.
Shopping online is to save people time and effort, shopping on beatybay doesn't fulfill this. I now think they are simply trying to scam customers.
The only reason any company makes things this difficult for customers is in the hope they will give up and not collect their goods or money paid.
