Lying salesperson claiming to be from Orange, and not from anywhere else, an obstructive website, pay-per-minute customer service lines and opening hours that make contact hard if you're working daytimes. Shoddy, shoddy, shoddy.
Best path for complaints is via Carphone Warehouse (E2 Save's parent company) 0845 655 7900 who will transfer you FOC or try to help you.
Be prepared to waste chunks of your valuable life sorting out any dealings with this company.
I'd like to raise the idea of a no-star service rating on TP.
Handtec took a payment, then sent me an email to say "we don't have your item in stock, and we don't know when we'll have any". Useless! I then had to get past their "help" section to ask for a refund. Total waste of my time. I will not use them again, even if they are cheaper than competitors. Avoid.
Next day i received an email saying "item in stock - shall we send it?"
Fair enough - it arrived next day.
