Ordered a GPS-clock, a pair of shoes and a heartrate monitor.
Everything was delivered promptly, but after a while the GPS-watch stopped working. I contacted support and got a replacement. This took quite some time though, so i will not give the highest rating.
I was reviewing Infurn/Designfurn and saw a lot of very positive reviews all made within an hour, all in German and from people living in the US.
This is obviously fake (since all other reviews of Infurn/Designfurn is bad or really bad)
This makes Trustpilot not working.
It is too simple for companies to write their own reviews.
Fix the problem (check for the people on Facebook and see if they exists, check if reviews come from same IP or IP related to Infurn/Designfurn...)
And please put my review back since it is removed.

This company is a total scam. I urge anyone to do their best to make this company go out of business. Call their customer-service as often as you can, send support and sales emails, Tell everyone you know about them, (both about indfurn and designfurn), call your bank and complain so they stop all transfers to them. Contact the Police and Allmänna reklamationsbyrån. Be creative!

Do not but stuff from this company!
Changed deliverytime several times without telling me.
Told me that they sent the items several times, but not true.
Tried to get a refund for several weeks, no response.
Doesn't deliver, do a serach on the web.

I apologize for the delay on your order and that you furthermore, have experienced changing information in regards to the whereabouts and delivery of your BigBoys.
As I informed you in our phone conversation this evening, we experienced a general delay in receiving the new BigBoy XXL at our warehouse in Germany. As we could foresee this problem arising, we decided to send you the earlier beanbag model, the BigBoy Kingsize, which is a bit larger and more expensive. We hoped that you would consider this as an upgrade to your order. In the meantime, we were experiencing problems with the courier taking care of this delivery, which resulted in us having to call back all the Kingsize models.
The new BigBoy XXL has now been received at the warehouse and has furthermore been dispatched. The two beanbags will be arriving with you week beginning Nov 19th. Our logistics department have informed us that they are working to supply all orders with tracking numbers by Friday.
Lastly, I can assure you that INFURN is not a scam or fraudulent company. We do indeed deliver and do have many satisfied customers. Furthermore, I can inform you that the phone number from which my Swedish customer contacted you from yesterday, is not possible to call back, as our Support team do not take direct calls. Instead, customers are able to request a call back from our agents at a preferred time or alternatively, write us an email, which we shall respond to within 24 hours.
